Mr. Kriedeman serves as Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for overall firm strategy and management, seeking investments, funding structures, and overall investor relationships.
Over the last 25 years, Mr. Kriedeman has been working on numerous types of residential and commercial property development projects which total over 8 Million square feet and in excess of $2 Billion.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Kriedeman is an active member of ULI, ICSC, CCIM, and NAIOP. He also is a LEED Accredited Professional as designated by the US Green Building Council and holds a A.C. designation from the American Institute of Constructors.
Mr. Coxen serves as Vice President, Business Development and is responsible for identifying acquisition opportunities and nurturing harmonious investor partnerships.
For over 15 years, Mr. Coxen has succeeded as an entrepreneur in the design and real estate industries, prosperously developing business ideas from concept through execution. He is a strong listener and connector specializing in identifying people's needs and fulfilling them. Mr. Coxen has been working on numerous residential and commercial property development projects throughout the Las Vegas valley.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from City University of New York, Baruch College.
Mr. Coxen is an active Realtor®, member of GLVAR, NAR, BBB, and serves on the board of Wish Upon a Wedding, a national 501c3 non-profit granting weddings and vow renewals to couples facing life-altering circumstances. Mr. Coxen has been recognized and awarded by the local and national media for his ventures.
The Mojave Group leverages its experience in commercial real estate development to find profitable acquisitions and maximize the market values of these assets. Each potential property is evaluated to determine the correct acquisition price, potential renovation costs, leasing income, and overall profitability upon execution of the exit plan to minimize investor risk and maximize the value of the asset.
The Mojave Group intends to resell a portion of the property it acquires. The Mojave Group's operational model and due diligence policies ensures that each property it sells is clean and refurbished to current market needs. The company regularly analyzes the real estate market in order to maximize its return on investment by selling assets at the most strategic time, based on the current real estate market cycle.
Prior to disposition, The Mojave Group ensures the investment objectives and expected rates of return are met, tax implications are identified and analyzed, and new strategies are formed to deal with the proceeds from the sale of the asset.
The Mojave Group identifies under-valued or discounted properties that could be developed or redeveloped into higher performing assets. The Mojave Group strives to add value to these properties through high-quality and energy efficient rehabilitation or refurbishment. We may partner with existing property owners to deliver additional value to properties.

Acquisitions of value-add retail strip centers, multi-family units, triple net leased individual properties, or portfolios of credit worthy tenants, in the range of $1Million to $20Million are currently being considered for acquisition.
